Johann Gottfried Galle (9 de Junho de 1812 - 10 de Julho de 1910) foi um astrônomo alemão. Em 23 de Setembro de 1846, com a ajuda de Urbain Le Verrier, descobriu Netuno, o oitavo planeta do Sistema Solar.
